Yes appointments are difficult to get but if the appointment is urgent you will be either seen by a doctor or speak to one. Having asked around this is not the only surgery that patients have difficulty getting appointments so unfare to judge them on that. There are several Drs here that are fantastic but there are 1 or 2 who I think are rubbish and have reduced me to tears so I avoid them.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. It is difficult to get an appointment but that is only because they are good and they have so many patients.

Have two amazing doctors that I'd recommend, Dr Mystery and Dr Farrands, haven't been a huge fan of the others. Most of the receptionists are helpful, only had one negative experience with a receptionist.

Staff are always ready to help. Great being able to see my GP and pick up prescriptions on site. I visit regularly and am always happy with the friendly proffessional care I receive. Only complaint would be poor lighting in the precinct but i doubt the surgery is responsible for that!
Friendly doctors. Helpful do thier best to look after patients.

In general my experiences in the hospital were positive considering the personal nature of the tests that I had to undergo. The only negative point that I have to make is that the consulting rooms in the cardiology department are too echoy and no provisions are made to remedy that issue for deaf/hard of hearing patients.
Had hammer toe surgery here on 16th April & my follow up appointments at Scarsedale Chesterfield. All the staff were excellent & the care i received was second to none. After having a bad experience at another hospital a number of years ago i was apprehensive about having my surgery but i,m so glad i did. My surgery was so much better this time & i cant thank the staff enough they were fantastic & would highly reccomend.
